Hakob Arshakyan

Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia

April the 16th, 1985; Yerevan

Education:

2005 - 2009 – Bachelor’s Degree in Computing systems and Informatics, State Engineering University of Armenia 
2009 - 2011 – Master’s Degree in Computing systems and Informatics, State Engineering University of Armenia

Work experience:

2008 - 2012 – Co-founding member of the “HIMA” Initiative; President of the “HIMA” NGO
2010 – 2012 – Systems Engineer, the “National Instruments” Company
2012 – 2017 – Regional Head at the “Alliance” Partner Program, “National Instruments” (the region covers India, Russia and CIS, the Arab countries and Africa) 
January-May, 2018 – Founder and Executive Director of the “Araxis Engineering” Company
May-October, 2018 - First Deputy Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia
Since October, 2018 - Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia
